About This Site
Privacy
What we collect, what we do not, and who else handles data when you use this site. Last updated October 25, 2026.
The short version
We do not use cookies or advertising trackers. We measure usage in a way that does not identify you. Questions typed into our demo assistants are sent to a third-party AI service to produce an answer, so please do not enter personal, patient or other sensitive information.
Usage measurement
The site records a small number of anonymous events, such as which page type or demo was opened. It sets no cookies and does not create identifiers, and the measurement itself stores nothing in your browser. It respects the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals: if either is on, nothing is sent. Usage measurement does not include the text of questions or anything typed into a demo. The one other browser storage on the site is in the Document Automation demo, which keeps the sample results you opened in your browser’s session storage so a detail page can display them; it stays on your device and clears when you close the tab.
The site is also measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which shows us aggregate page views, visits, the pages viewed, browsers, operating systems, countries and page-speed measurements. Cloudflare states that it collects the minimum amount of information, timing metrics, to show how a site performs, and that it does not track individual end users across its customers’ Internet properties.
Demo assistants and questions
Some pages let you ask a question of a sample dataset or of reference material. When you do, your question and the on-screen context are sent to our server and then to OpenAI’s API, which generates the answer. Our code does not save your question to a database. Our server uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit repeated requests. The demos run on synthetic sample data. Please do not enter patient or other personal information.
Hosting and third parties
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages and may keep standard technical logs. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, on pages with interactive examples, a charting library from the cdnjs content network, so those providers receive your IP address when you load the page. OpenAI processes demo questions as described above. Each provider handles data under its own terms.
If you email us, we use your message and address to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Children
The site is written for business and healthcare professionals and is not directed to children.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. Questions: info@twopillarsco.com.
