Technology Solutions

Technology Built Around How You Work.

Custom software, data platforms, AI and automation, designed and built around your requirements by the team that built APIS.

What we build

From an Idea to Working Technology.

Tell us what you need to do. We scope the right solution, choose the technology that fits and build it. If something is new to us, we say so and show how we would approach it.

Custom Software and Web Applications

Business applications, client portals, internal tools and public-facing sites, designed around your workflow and built to be used.

Data Platforms and Dashboards

Bring scattered data together, clean it and turn it into dashboards, reports and interactive views that people can explore.

AI Assistants and Automation

Assistants that answer questions from your own information, and automation that takes repetitive document and workflow steps off your team.

Integrations and Modernization

Connect the systems you already use, replace fragile spreadsheets and manual handoffs, and move legacy processes onto modern tools.

Interactive Public-Data Experiences

Turn public datasets into explorers, comparison tools and evidence-linked analysis that make complex information easy to use.

Secure Launch and Support

Hosting, access control, documentation and ongoing improvement, scoped with you from the start rather than added at the end.

Proof of capability

We Build Our Own Tools, Too.

APIS, the Advanced Processing Intelligence System, is Two Pillars & Co.’s own proprietary platform, designed and built in-house to support our analysis work. It shows the kind of technology we can design and build.

APIS supports our own analysis and runs the interactive experiences on this site. You can ask it what explains a margin decline, open the evidence behind each answer, test a scenario and generate an executive brief. The examples use synthetic data, and nothing you do is stored.

More working examples

  • Document Automation: AI agents turn a raw document into structured data, flagged issues and recommendations.
  • Metric Analysis: an interactive dashboard that breaks inpatient data down by service line and hospital.
  • Nationwide Data Dashboard: a KPI dashboard with a chat interface for asking questions of your own dataset.

How we work

  1. Understand. We start with the problem, the people who will use the solution and the constraints, including the systems and data you already have.
  2. Design. We agree what will be built and what will not, how it should work and how we will know it is successful.
  3. Build. We build in short, working steps you can see and react to, not a long wait for a finished product.
  4. Launch. We deploy, document and train the people who will use it, so it works in the real world and not only in a demonstration.
  5. Improve. We keep refining it as your needs change, with support and enhancements scoped with you.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of technology can you build?

Custom web applications, data platforms and dashboards, AI assistants, workflow automation and integrations. We choose the technology to fit the problem, and we tell you early if something is outside what we can do well.

Do you only work with healthcare organizations?

No. Healthcare is where our deepest industry expertise is, but the technology practice applies the same approach to professional services and to any organization with information to organize, analyze or automate.

Can I see something you have built?

Yes. APIS, the proprietary platform we built for our own analysis work, and the interactive examples on this site show what we can build. The examples use synthetic or public data and nothing you do in them is stored.

How do you price a project?

After a first conversation we describe the approach and agree what is in scope before any work begins, so you know what you are buying.

Will you work with the systems we already use?

We start by understanding what you use today and what must keep working, then plan integrations as part of the scope.
